Utility Room and Garages
As can be seen in the photographs, the utility area is on a raised platform and is thus separated from the garage space. The utility room is quite large (30ft x 9ft) as befits a house of this size. It is equipped with an industrial tumble dryer and freezer, a washing machine and an airing cupboard with capacious storage space and a marble butler's sink.
